Pakistani Prime Minister Zhu expressed his gratitude to China for delivering fighter jets to Pakistan in just eight months. 

Pakistani officials said the agreement with China to buy the J-10C was signed in June 2021.

The J-10C has a special simulator, and it is faster for beginners to simulate and then fly solo. The Indian Rafale pilots were sent to France for training. Due to factors such as funding, only a few people could go first, and then they would be replaced after returning. 

Therefore, the French Rafale was sent to India by the French Air Force pilots flying long distances. At present, only a few pilots in India can fly solo, and it will take several years to form a so-called combat capability, including logistical training. 

The J-10C and JF-17 are from the same factory, and many parts and designs are similar, so the speed of the Pakistani iron must be faster than the speed at which India is familiar with the gust.
